Suzanne Sharp

Director - Sharp Image Training and Consultancy

Suzanne has extensive business experience working in a range of organisations in both the Private and Public sector; where the development of the potential in people, building confidence and motivation has always been her passion.

With a comprehensive knowledge of the Healthcare environment she has worked for over 20 years in the highly competitive and commercial world of the Pharmaceutical Industry. Now a recognised NHS Training Provider at Primary Care, Trust, Commissioning and PCT level, comfortable with working inside ethical guidelines and Corporate Governance.

An established Trainer designing and facilitating Candidate sessions on Business Skills, Leadership and Personal Development, Suzanne is also a Trainer and Business Mentor for Small Businesses and 'Start Up Workshops'. Her experience involves working with Business Link - NBV ‘Nottingham Business Venture’ ‘Mentorme’, ‘Evolve’, NEA ‘New Enterprise Allowance’ Programme and is IOEE , SFEDI Accredited.

An experienced Outplacement Consultant and Career Coach, Suzanne works with both Organisations and Individuals, coaching from ground level through to executive programmes. Restoring confidence to Individuals with coaching on 'Personal Branding', she is also an accredited ‘Image Consultant’.

Non Clinical Chair for the Organ Donor Committee at Kettering General Hospital, raising awareness of the need for Organ Donor Registration.

Punit Jansari

Punit is an engaging, creative presenter who delivers high impact learning programmes.  His primary aim is to achieve a change in attitude and behaviours resulting in increased skills and capability.

Miranda Whitamore

 

Miranda is a post graduate trained business and personal coach. She works with individuals and groups to improve work performance, and coaches on all aspects leadership and management development.

For 20 years, Miranda worked in recruitment, initially for one of the leading agencies and then established her own successful headhunting firm specialising in finding and retaining senior Lawyers for positions in practice and companies. She also spent some years in the City, recruiting equities and Mergers and Acquisitions teams for investment bank clients.

A Law graduate, and BPS qualified, Miranda uses MBTI, Hogan, 15FQ+ and many other psychometrics. She is skilled in all aspects of selection, recruitment, retention and development. She lives in Leicestershire and has 2 teenage children.

Nadine Ingle

A part qualified AAT professional, Nadine has14 years' SAP experience in MM, FI/CO, SD, PS.

Management Reporting through a combination of Security Profile, User Acceptance, and Integration Testing, she  supports Businesses after Go-Live in line with their business processes. Nadine has a training background enabling her to effectively communicate business objectives, adapting to different needs through to Director level.
